Daily: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Can we visit the store to choose the produce or product?
At present, IBN Good Food is an e-Commerce platform. We are working to organise a physical store too which we will announce in due course.
Do you do Home Delivery or Take-away?
Our services include both Home Delivery and Take-away (while you are dining at IBN or GALA)
What is the typical Delivery Time?
For all orders, typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes.
Can I get a delivery on an urgent basis, in less than 30mins?
For deliveries on an urgent basis, please call us at 050 123 9550 and we will organise.
Which areas do you currently provide delivery services to?
Customers can choose their delivery location from the available options during checkout.
Do you have a Minimum Order value?
Yes, we request a minimum order of AED 20 only.
Do you have a Service Charge?
Yes, we apply a standard Service Charge of AED 4.50 only.

What is the shelf-life of Ready-to-Cook Items?
Our selection of Ready-to-Cook items are prepared on a daily basis, and have a typical shelf of 1-2days as it contains no preservatives.
What are the available Payment Methods?
You can make payments by Cash and Credit/ Debit Card on delivery.

You can change your mind any time, and can cancel or change the order any time within 10mins of placing the order.
